How it works

  1. You send packing list with CBM, weight, HS codes, and ready-cargo date.
  2. We quote within 24 hours with two carrier options.
  3. You confirm; we book the slot and arrange origin trucking.
  4. Cargo loads at the port. Bill of lading issued 2-3 days after departure.
  5. You receive online tracking with weekly position updates.
  6. On arrival the partner clears customs on the consolidated shipment and delivers to your address.

When to use this vs. alternatives

Use sea freight for any cargo above ~150 kg or 1 CBM that can wait 35-45 days. For smaller or urgent shipments use air freight. For door-to-door pricing without managing the customs side yourself, see DDP service. For container-load orders shipping monthly to the same destination, ask for an annual contract; rates can drop 10-15% below spot.

Frequently asked questions

What does the per-CBM price include? +
Everything from our China warehouse to your door: ocean freight, fuel, export and import customs, UAE duty and VAT, and one delivery. The one thing not included is a customs declaration in your own company name; it is available for an extra fee.
How is chargeable volume calculated? +
The greater of actual volume and weight divided by 400 kg per CBM, rounded up to 0.1 CBM, minimum 1 CBM. Below 1 CBM air is usually cheaper.
What are the current rates? +
To Dubai, Sharjah and Amazon FBA: general goods $295 per CBM, branded, CCTV and medical $362, cosmetics and food $395, power banks and pure batteries $429. Other emirates add about $8 per CBM. Saudi Arabia is estimated at plus 12 percent until the KSA tariff is published. Updated September 2026.
Should I ship a full container instead? +
From roughly 15 CBM a dedicated container can be cheaper, especially from a single supplier. We quote containers separately on request.
Do you handle batteries and hazardous cargo? +
Built-in batteries up to 100 Wh ship as general goods. Power banks and pure batteries ship at the battery rate with insulated, separated packing. Powders, weapons, alcohol, tobacco, pressurised cans, e-cigarettes and adult products are not accepted by sea.
Is cargo insured? +
Optional insurance is 1% of declared value, covers loss of whole pieces rather than damage, and is capped at RMB 100,000 declared per shipment. Fragile goods should be packed accordingly.
What if my goods are time-sensitive? +
Use air cargo, 6-10 days door to door, for anything that cannot wait five to six weeks.
